After The Goldrush
I don't really know anything about Julia
Vorontsova but her short self-titled CD-R for the Abaton Book
Company is a very nice way to start the exploration. Julia
includes low-key folk music with a Russian edge that relies
heavily on her beautiful voice and carefully plucked and
strummed guitar work. This limited release is just a teaser of
a full length which is in the works.
